Having worked as a Store Manager in Multicare, I gained valuable experience in managing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. During my time as an SQL Developer at Mount Care International from September 2024 to November 2024, I worked on automating the calculation of sales and bonuses. I created SQL views and queries that could quickly calculate both individual and group bonuses, reducing the processing time from 5-6 days to less than a minute. This made the process much faster and more efficient. I also improved the website's backend by adding the sales and bonus logic directly to the database. This made reporting easier and ensured accurate data for sales teams and managers. My work helped the company save time and make better business decisions with reliable data.
